Bett Gallery Award 2021: Platform I
2021 marks the 12th year of the Bett Gallery award and an exciting new format for the prize.
The award is now given to a group of selected graduating students who show a particularly high standard of artistic merit, imagination and determination. The winners of this award will be given the opportunity to join the Bett Gallery exhibition program, culminating in a specifically branded group exhibition with the support of Bett Gallery directors, staff and artists. This exhibition of Tasmanian emerging artists will become a highlight of the Bett Gallery calendar.
Among other things the winners will receive curatorial support and mentorship, significant national and international exposure, and the opportunity to launch their career in one of Australia’s most established commercial galleries.
