Amber Koroluk-Stephenson

Patterdale, Glover Country Exhibition

An exhibition of works by Amber Koroluk-Stephenson, arising from Glover Country Residency 2020, will be on view in Glover’s studio from 6 March - 14 March 2021.

The residency allows artists to live in the homestead and walk in the footsteps of colonial artist, John Glover, and to appreciate the landscape he lived in and loved.

Amber says the Residency ‘presents an exciting opportunity for me to respond to the history and site of John Glover’s former estate, where I will draw on his legacy through contemporary interpretations of landscape’.

Amber, whose practice draws on the intersections between natural and man-made environments is particularly interested in Glover’s painting ‘A view of the artist’s house and garden in Mill’s Plains, Van Diemen’s Land.
